Mr. Nitin Baid has developed real estate marketing knowledge and skills under the guidance of his father, Mr. Kishore Baid of M/S Kishore Baid & Co, which is a famous name in real estate market of Kolkata. Mr. Nitin Baid worked as Marketing Head for M/S Kishore Baid & Co, for last four years. He joined the company after completing his MBA in marketing. During these years, he gained profound knowledge, skills, ability to deal with different types of client, understanding their requirement, understanding the market, rendering investment programs etc. The company is also a member of RECA, Kolkata & N.A.R. INDIA.

It aims at rendering property solutions not only in Kolkata but Pan India basis with association tie-ups in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Ranchi.

In West Bengal it operates in cities like Burdwan, Asansol, Durgapur and Shiliguri.
